Join WA Olaves at Girl Guide House for an evening designed to bring Members together, share ideas, and strengthen our Olave community. We'll begin with an informal Olave Forum, where you'll hear updates about upcoming events, explore ideas for the future of WA Olaves and have the opportunity to share your thoughts and feedback. Whether you're a long-time Olave or attending your first forum, your voice matters and this is your chance to help shape the future of the Olave program in Western Australia.

After the forum, settle in for a relaxed movie night with fellow Olaves. Enjoy pizza for dinner, popcorn during the movie, and plenty of time to connect, catch up with friends, and unwind in a welcoming and comfortable space.

Who: Olaves (18 to 30-year-olds)
Where: Guide House, 265 Great Eastern Highway, BELMONT
When: Olave Forum ONLY – 4.00pm–5.30pm | Olave Forum & Movie Night – 4.00pm–9.00pm
Cost: Olave Forum ONLY – Free | Olave Forum & Movie Night – $15.00 (includes pizza dinner and popcorn during the movie)

What to bring and wear:

• Comfortable, warm clothing – pyjamas are welcome and Girl Guide uniform is optional
  
• Beanbag, camp chair, cushion or other comfortable seating (optional)
  
• Blanket, sleeping bag or cosy throw rug for the movie
  
• Water bottle
  
• Notebook and pen for forum discussions
  
•  Additional snacks or drinks (if desired)
  
• Any personal comfort items you'd like for the movie
  
• ADM28 Form (to be handed in on arrival)
  

Please note, attendance at an Olave Forum is a requirement for Members working towards their 2026 Outstanding Olave Award.
