The Girl Guides Western Australia Annual General Meeting (AGM) is open to all Members and Associates of Girl Guides Western Australia and is a valuable opportunity to participate in the governance of our organisation, hear about our achievements and connect with fellow members.

When: Saturday 27 June 2026, 10am–12pm
Where: Willetton Guide/Scout Hall, Donald Street, WILLETTON

Online attendance is available for anyone who is not able to attend in person. Please register under the "Attending (Online)" option. A meeting invite will be sent out a week before the AGM.

Voting Rights: Eligible voting members (those aged 15 years or over, including Life Members) have the right to vote and can attend either in person or virtually. Please note that Associates, Honorary Associates and Youth Members (under the age of 15) do not have voting rights.

Following the conclusion of the AGM, light refreshments will be served, providing attendees with the chance to network and connect with others.
