Join us at the Duxton Hotel for a relaxed and meaningful afternoon as we come together to strengthen the bridge between Olave and Guide Leadership over to Trefoil Guild. This special High Tea Fundraiser is a chance to connect, reflect and celebrate the women who support Guiding at every stage.

Enjoy a beautiful spread of finger sandwiches, savouries and sweet treats, with bottomless tea and coffee. The afternoon will also include an inspiring keynote speaker, door prizes, raffles and a few fun team activities to share along the way. It’s a welcoming space to meet new people, reconnect with old friends and support a great cause.

Tickets can be purchased via the GGWA website or by phoning Guide House. Please note tickets are non-refundable.

Please arrive 15 minutes beforehand to ensure the event can start on time.

What to wear:
Please wear formal uniform. If you are an Olave or Leader and also a Trefoil member, Trefoil uniform is to be worn.

Guests:
Current Trefoil Guild Members are more than welcome to bring along a Guest. To purchase a ticket for your Guest, complete your registration as normal, please scroll to the bottom of the registration page and click the Add button for the "Trefoil Guest" program item. Then scroll back down to the bottom and complete the Guest questions and click Save Response. Then proceed to Checkout as usual.

Please note, our online registrations only allow you to purchase one Guest Ticket. If you would like to purchase more than one Guest Ticket, or if you have any issues registering your Guest, please contact Guide House at [email protected] or call (08) 9479 9800.

Parking:
Drop-off is available at the hotel entry. Valet parking is available at a reasonable daily rate for guests staying onsite. Paid parking is also available nearby.

Accommodation:
Some attendees are staying the night before. If you’d like to glamp at the venue, a 10% discount is available for High Tea attendees. After purchasing your High Tea ticket, please email [email protected] for instructions on booking discounted accommodation.
